Steven Founder of
Umbach Consulting Group, he directs all UCG projects and is the core contributor on many. Steven is an award-winning
designer with previous experience as design department manager, senior design director, and marketing manager for various
national and global corporations. He holds a degree in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design and
a MBA in management from Georgia Tech. He has published many articles on design and design management and has taught course
in design since 2004 at the University of Houston.

Lisa Serves as the Office Manager for Umbach Consulting
Group since its founding. Lisa brings years of accounting firm professional practice experience and also finds time
to teach high school algebra! With her help, we are able to better focus on the client’s project work instead
of all those distracting tasks required to run a small business. Lisa has an Economics degree from UCLA.

Brenden Is a Designer
/ Program Manager for Umbach Consulting Group. He brings the right mixture of education and experiences
for design management with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Design. When he’s not hard at work on client projects he likes to restore vintage boats,
cars and motorcycles and in his own words, “likes to fix things that are broken.”
